Starting off the new year with an amazing home thanks to Sam Baraz! Coming on here to write a review to recommend and show my gratitude to Sam for the amazing experience we had, as I read some other reviews it’s clear that EVERYONE has had the same amazing experience with Sam that we had. Let me start off by saying from the first day we met with Sam it was clear he was obviously very knowledgeable in his profession. Immediately asking questions to get a feel for what we were in the market for. I loved that, it showed me he was gonna be a great fit for us! He blew me away during our walkthrough when they gave us the blue tape and he was catching things that even we didn’t realize needed attention! Confirming yet again that he was the best person we chose to buy a home with. He was so patient with us while we asked to see the home a few more times before making the final “This is it” decision! He never once tried to rush us into making quick decisions. Once the buying process began he was ALWAYS available to answer a question in a timely manner. His knowledge and the connections with his team gave us the opportunity to enjoy our holidays without having to worry about the home buying process. We were so impressed with Sam that we have chosen him to sell our current home as well.
